Roles

Since my appointment as an Assistant Lecturer in the Clinical Skills Department at the Faculty of Medicine – University of Tripoli, I have been actively engaged in organizing and delivering practical sessions aimed at developing students’ clinical and applied competencies. My responsibilities include preparing interactive educational activities, supervising students during hands-on training, and providing constructive feedback to improve their performance. I have also contributed to updating teaching materials in alignment with modern academic standards and collaborated with colleagues to foster a learning environment that promotes critical thinking and the practical application of theoretical knowledge. These efforts are in line with the department’s mission to prepare competent physicians who are able to clinically assess and manage patients with professionalism and efficiency.

Careers

I was recently appointed at the University of Tripoli – Faculty of Medicine, in the Clinical Skills Department, as an Assistant Lecturer, joining the academic staff responsible for supervising and supporting the educational and clinical training activities of medical students.

Research Interests

My research interests focus on the advancement of medical education and clinical training methods for medical students, with particular attention to the effectiveness of interactive teaching approaches and clinical simulation in enhancing students’ practical performance. I am also interested in exploring objective assessment strategies for clinical skills (OSCE), improving doctor–patient communication skills, and integrating modern technologies into medical education, such as e-learning and virtual simulation, to contribute to the overall improvement of educational outcomes and the quality of future healthcare delivery.

External Activities

In addition to my academic role at the University of Tripoli – Faculty of Medicine, I work as a Specialist in Internal Medicine and Intensive Care, providing advanced medical care for patients in hospital settings. I am also actively involved in teaching and training medical staff and students in the fields of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), as well as organizing workshops and training sessions designed to enhance the skills of both healthcare professionals and non-medical individuals in handling emergency situations and life-saving interventions.
