Najah Abdlrazzag omer Al-Jaafari works as a Faculty member in Department of Histology and Genetics at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Tripoli, holding the position of Assistant lecturer since December 2025.

She worked from 2015 to 2025 as a Teaching Assistant in the same department where she participated in the educational process by assisting in teaching laboratory courses, participating in examinations and supervising them.
