Professor Dr. Mohamed Tabib serves in the Department of Internal Medicine at the Faculty of Medicine – University of Tripoli. He contributes to the teaching of internal medicine courses for clinical-year students through delivering theoretical lectures and supervising hands-on clinical training at affiliated teaching hospitals. He is also involved in assessing students' performance by preparing written and practical examinations, as well as participating in oral exams, ensuring that academic standards for training competent general practitioners are met.

Dr. Mohamed is keen on conducting scientific research in subspecialties of internal medicine, particularly in the fields of gastroenterology and hematology. He strives to publish his research findings in peer-reviewed scientific journals, thereby enriching medical knowledge and contributing to clinical practice development.

In addition to his academic and research duties, Dr. Mohamed takes on administrative responsibilities within the department and the faculty. He actively participates in academic and examination committees and contributes to the development of educational programs and curricula to enhance the quality of medical education.

On the professional and community level, Dr. Mohamed is engaged in providing medical and consultative services through clinical work at teaching hospitals. He also takes part in awareness campaigns and training programs targeting healthcare professionals, affirming the faculty’s role in serving the community and promoting public health.
