I am a specialized pediatrician and a faculty member with over 10 years of experience in patient care, student education, curriculum development, and project management. Throughout my distinguished career, I have made significant contributions to various medical and educational fields, effectively enhancing the quality of healthcare and education in Libya.

Medical Education and Student Training:

-Delivered training lectures to medical students in the field of pediatrics, emphasizing the application of theoretical knowledge in practical settings.

-Contributed to the development of a neonatal care reference guide for pediatricians working in primary healthcare centers in Libya, in collaboration with the Primary Healthcare Corporation.

-Trained and supervised over 200 healthcare professionals in primary healthcare institutions, ensuring the implementation of best medical practices, particularly in pediatrics and infant and young child nutrition.

-Contributed to data analysis and the preparation of the final report for a national health and nutrition assessment of schoolchildren in the eastern regions.

-Provided evidence-based recommendations to improve school nutrition programs.

-Collaborated with a multidisciplinary team to ensure accuracy and deliver actionable insights to decision-makers.

Project Management at the National Level:

- Managed projects related to healthcare and educational services in Libya, with a focus on improving equality in healthcare delivery in rural areas.

- Played a key role in organizing and coordinating advisory meetings for pediatric interns, which enhanced their professional competence and improved the quality of medical care they provide.

Oral Examinations and Academic Assessment:

- Coordinated and conducted oral examinations for medical students in the pediatric department, ensuring that evaluations aligned with high academic standards.

Contribution to Medical Research:

- Published a scientific research study on "Morbidity and Mortality Amongst Infants of Diabetic Mothers Admitted into a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit" at the University Teaching Hospital.

- This research highlights the impact of maternal diabetes on neonatal health and was uploaded to the ResearchGate platform, providing researchers and physicians worldwide with access to its findings.
