Roles

During the last two years since her appointment at the university, Dr. Aisha has worked as an assistant lecturer at the University of Tripoli in the Faculty of Human Medicine, where she works full-time (dedicated to teaching and research tasks) in the Department of medical Physiology.

She also has a key role as academic coordinator and supervisor in the department. She published her master’s thesis in cooperation with the cardiac research team at Stellenbosch University in South Africa. Assistant lecturer  always cover the blood, its components, and related diseases such as some types of anemia, as well as immunity and its disorders 

She works as an assistant lecturer in the practical section on the heart and blood vessels, which includes measuring blood pressure and calculating heartbeats, in addition to  teaching how to connect and understand the normal ECG and its abnormalities.

Research Interests

1. Researches on Cardioprotection and reduction of reperfusion injury which occurs after Myocardial infarction especifically during reperfusion.  
2. Improvement of coronary circulation and cardiac function.

External Activities

1. Works as a Dermatologist since 2010, currently works in Wadi alrabi hospital
2.  Works as Aesthetologist in dermatology and laser since 2017
