 I joined the Department of Pathology at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Tripoli from 4/9/2011 as a teaching assistant and was assigned the following tasks:

Giving laboratory lectures, including teaching students how to use light microscopy correctly, in addition to explaining pathological changes in terms of theory and microscopy and how to describe them in a detailed way

Supervising and monitoring theoretical, laboratory and oral exams for the department in addition to supervising the exams for other departments based on the assignment of the Department of Study and Examinations

Correcting laboratory examination papers and contributing to the monitoring and ranking of grades

I was appointed as a full-time assistant lecturer (permanent doctor) in the Department of Pathology starting from 20/9/2023, and my duties included the following:

Giving theoretical lectures to the sixth, seventh and eighth semester, including diseases of the circulatory system, kidney diseases, urinary system and the reproductive male system in terms of how to define pathological changes, their prevalence, divisions, causes of occurrence, morphological changes, pathological symptoms, possible complications and a brief overview of how to treat them

Explain the laboratory topics to students and teach them how to accurately describe the pathological condition from a theoretical and microscopic point of view, using the samples in the museum and the general slides. In addition to using the computer

I have been assigned as the coordinator of the department for evaluation and measurement, including my tasks of evaluating exam questions and their compliance with scientific standards, developing a method of evaluating the scientific level of students, preparing an in-depth quarterly report for exams, and participating in the periodic meetings of the department at the university.

And the coordinator of the department for quality and performance evaluation, including evaluating the curricula and their compliance with quality standards, evaluating the scientific process as a whole in the department, and participating in periodic meetings at the university

And academic supervision of students in terms of research and preparation of posters
