Director General of the General Department of Culture at the Ministry of Information and Culture in 1985 - Director General of the General Department of External Information at the Ministry of Information and Culture in 1984. - Secretary General of the Center for Media and Cultural Research and Documentation of the Ministry of Information and Culture during the years 1997-2002 AD, in accordance with the decision of Sister Amina of the General People’s Committee for Information and Culture No. 107 of the year 1427 R issued on 8 Jumada al-Awwal corresponding to 11/9/1427 Acting Director of the National Book House during 1999- Secretary General of the Media and Cultural Research and Documentation Center for the second time during the years 2006-2007 AD) in accordance with the decision of the Secretary of the General People's Committee for Culture and Information No. ( ) for the year 2006 AD - Secretary of the Management Committee of the General Press Corporation. 1999-2004 AD, according to the decision of Sister Secretary of the General People's Committee for Information and Culture No. () for the year 1999 AD. - Chairman of the General Assembly of the General Company for Paper and Printing. 1999-2004 AD.Assignments to several other leadership, executive, administrative and educational tasks: Former Secretary of the People's Committee for Transportation and Maritime Transport in the Municipality of Sebha, 1983-1984. - Director of the Baath Institute in Benghazi - affiliated to the International Islamic Call Association. 1991-1992 AD 2 - Acting Head of the Media Department / Faculty of Arts, Garyounis University / Benghazi. for different periods during the years 1990-1991 AD - Secretary of the People’s Committee (Dean) of the College of Arts and Education at Nasser International University, Souk Al-Ahad Tarhuna, Libya 2006-2011. This is in accordance with Resolution No. 7 of 1375 corresponding to 2007 AD issued on 5/15/1375 AD. Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Education, Al-Zaytouna University, Souk Al-Ahad, Tarhuna, Libya, 2011-2013.

4- Founder and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Scientific Research, a semi-annual refereed journal issued by the African University for Humanities and Applied Sciences - Tripoli - Libya since 2016 until now.
