Roles

The Study and Examinations Coordinator at the College of Media and Communication plays a vital role in organizing the educational process and ensuring its smooth running. Duties include preparing and distributing study schedules to faculty members and students, following up on the implementation of study plans and ensuring their compliance with academic standards, organizing exams and supervising their preparation and distribution, and ensuring that a suitable environment is provided for students during exams. He/she also coordinates with the various departments to ensure the availability of the necessary resources and to address any problems that may arise during the academic year. In addition, he/she prepares periodic reports on the progress of the educational process and exam results, and works to improve the quality of education by analyzing data and providing the necessary recommendations. The main goal is to ensure a distinguished educational experience for students and achieve the highest levels of academic quality.
