Masaoud Elyousfi is one of the staff members at the department of 2 faculty of 12. He is working as a since 1-5-1995. He teaches several subjects in his major and has several publications in the field of his interest.

Careers

1- After obtaining my bachelor's degree, I was appointed to the Industrial Research Center in accordance with the decision of the Secretary of the General People's Committee for Light Industries No. (375) for the year 1979, and I started my work on 2-4-1979, I obtained a leave without salary from the Industrial Research Center to accompany my wife who was sent for postgraduate study in the United States of America by the University of Tripoli in 1980.

2- During my stay in America, I obtained the approval of the People's Office in Washington to study a master's degree in accordance with the regulations for study abroad, which allows the escort to study at the expense of the Libyan state.

3- After obtaining my master's degree in 1984, I obtained approval from the Industrial Research Center on 23-4-1984 to transfer me to the Atomic Energy Secretariat in accordance with the decision of the Director of the National Authority for Scientific Research No. 32 of 1984, and I was included for postgraduate studies to prepare a doctoral degree in America in accordance with the decision of the Secretary of Atomic Energy No. 201 of 1984. 

4- After I obtained my doctorate degree from America and returned to my homeland, my job status was settled according to the decision of the Secretary of the Technical Research Center No. 109 of 1990, and I started my work in the public health laboratories in the Technical Research Office at the Atomic Energy Secretariat on 15-12-1989.

5- I was transferred from the public health laboratories at the Technical Research Office of the Atomic Energy Secretariat and appointed to the University of Medical Sciences Tripoli (formerly) as a faculty member at the former Higher Institute of Medical Technology (currently the College of Medical Technology) according to the decision of the President of the University of Medical Sciences Tripoli (formerly) No. 140 of 1424 AD, and I started my work at the College of Medical Technology on 7-2-1424 AD corresponding to 16-4-1995 AD.

6- I assumed the duties of Director of the Community Health and Health Inspection Office at Tripoli Medical Center in accordance with the decision of the Secretary of the People's Committee of the Center No. 48 for the year 1428 AD on 30-9-1998, and I started working at Tripoli Medical Center on 1-10-1428 AD, and at the same time I gave my lectures as a faculty member of the Faculty of Medical Technology at Tripoli Medical Sciences University (previously) in accordance with the applicable legislation in this regard.

7- My file was transferred from Tripoli Medical Center to the University of Medical Sciences Tripoli in accordance with the letter of the Director General of the Center No. (26658) dated 6-12-1375 AD and referred to the Secretary of the People's Committee of the University of Medical Sciences Tripoli (formerly).

 8- The last payment certificate was transferred from the Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs of the Tripoli Medical Center to the Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs of the University of Medical Sciences Tripoli (formerly) on 31-1-2008 AD in accordance with the letter of the Director General of the Center No. (26658) dated 6-12-1375 AD and referred to the Secretary of the People's Committee of the University of Medical Sciences Tripoli (formerly). 

 9- I started my work at the Faculty of Medical Technology at the University of Medical Sciences Tripoli (formerly) on 30-8-2008 until the date of preparing this letter.
