Roles

Maryouma Aghil has been working as an assistant lecturer since January 2022 in the Medical Laboratories Science department at Tripoli University. Maryouma's roles are a supervisor of Bachelor graduation projects and academic supervisor, in addition to the coordinator of automated corrections at the department. 

Careers

She worked as a teaching assistant in 2010 at the Pathology department. After earning her MSc in physiology from the Faculty of Science in Dec 2021,  She worked as an assistant lecturer at the Medical Laboratories Science department. Where she has developed strong leadership skills and know-how in managing and guiding my students.

Research Interests

Maryouma's research interests are Clinical Biochemistry, Endocrinology, and Women's Infertility diseases.

External Activities

Throughout her work at the university, She was invited to attend many international conferences and workshops. She was one of the speakers at the World Kidney Day in 2017. Also, she has participated in many conferences, including the 1st Tripoli Conference on Medical Technologies, The International Noor al Hayat Fertility Conference, and the Conference for Teacher Assistants Faculty of Medical Technology. During the current year, she has participated in the Libya International Forum for Obstetrics & Gynaecology and the 2nd Tripoli Conference on Medical Technologies 2023. Moreover, her best research achievement was when she was awarded as top 1 in the posters competition in the Faculty of Science 2022.
