Fatima Ali .K. Alazabi is an assistant lecturer at the Faculty of Medical Technology, University of Tripoli, since September 2023. She obtained a master's degree in diagnostic molecular biology from Alexandria University, Medical Research Institute, Egypt. She was assigned as a coordinator for diagnostic biology in the fall semester of 2023 and participated in teaching both medical bacteriology and medical microbiology courses in the spring semester of 2024.;Ms. Fatima also supervised graduation projects for undergraduate students in the Department of Medical Laboratories

2010-2014: Duties: working as a teacher assistant and lab demonstration; giving tutorials to undergrad students; and lab demonstration in microbiology. 2012 Training in Tripoli Central Hospital, Department of Medical Laboratories, as demonstrated training in all sections of the lab, such as the departments of blood bank, biochemistry, serology, and microbiology. 

2010–2012: working as a lab engineer in the Alaqsa lab for medical analysis.

2012–2014: working as a lab engineer at Janzour Diagnostic Lab for medical analysis.

2018: working at Summit International School, Tripoli, Libya.
