Research Interests
In the field of biomedical sciences, her interests include: physiology, bioinformatics, blood banking and transfusion medicine, stem cells and their applications, cancer biology and targeted therapies, as well as protein expression and molecular techniques.
During her master’s research, Ms. Narjes worked on analyzing protein expression using Immunohistochemistry, alongside the use of bioinformatics tools to support the interpretation of molecular findings. This experience enhanced her interest in expanding the application of these methods in both applied and diagnostic research.
External Activities
Narjes has actively contributed to research through presentations at local and international conferences, where she delivered research papers and scientific abstracts. These engagements significantly enhanced her academic expertise and expanded her professional network. Additionally, prior to her formal appointment as faculty in the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences at the University of Tripoli, she gained external teaching experience by instructing in Blood Banking (both theoretically and practically) at Ruwad Al-alm University.
