Roles

Since I was appointed as a faculty member at this college in 2004 when I obtained my Master's degree, I have been assigned several tasks, including Head of the Department of Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiology from 2019-2022 and Director of the Faculty Affairs Office at the college, in addition to Head of the Department of Anesthesia and Intensive Care until now. Among the tasks I was assigned to teach the Physiology course, considering this course basic in all departments, I taught it to the following departments: Department of Anesthesia and Intensive Care, Department of Physiotherapy, Department of Dental Technology, Department of Public Health, and Department of Medical Laboratory Science. I also supervised some of the practical parts of some of the aforementioned departments, and I was assigned to supervise students' exams.

Careers

When I was appointed in 2004 and obtained my master’s degree, I was appointed as an assistant lecturer, and when I obtained my PhD in 2019, I was appointed as a lecturer.

Research Interests

Since we started working in this college, we have supervised the students’ graduation research, which is considered a requirement for any student to graduate from the college. We have also discussed many of these researches, in addition to publishing many scientific papers in international peer-reviewed journals.

External Activities

We have participated in teaching the Physiology course to students of Al-Manheidi Medical Sciences, including students of the College of Pharmacy and Dentistry, and students of the College of Human Medicine and Nursing. We were also assigned to evaluate the scientific production of one of the professors for promotion to the rank of lecturer. We were also selected as members of external scientific journals. In addition to all of the above, we taught in institutes and supervised graduation research to obtain a higher diploma.
