Roles

I obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiology from the Misurata College of Technology in 1994. I worked at Ali Omar Askar Hospital in the Radiology Department, where I studied CT scanning for a year, followed by MRI until I transferred academically to the University of Tripoli.

I worked in several clinics as a medical imaging engineer in the MRI department, such as the Tripoli Brothers Clinic, the Tajoura Rahma Clinic, and the Al-Ishraq Imaging Center in Qasr Ben Ghashir.

I served as a faculty member at the Tripoli Higher Institute for Medical Sciences, Qasr Ben Ghashir, the High Mountain College of Medical Sciences, Qasr Ben Ghashir, and the Abu Salim High Mountain Institute for Medical Sciences.

I was also a part-time faculty member at the University of Tripoli, Faculty of Technology, Radiology Department, in Medical Imaging Technology from 2033 to 2025.

I also completed a course outside Libya in Egypt on MRI.

I also received internal courses on radiological anatomy and medical imaging techniques from the Medical Association of Radiologists.

My master's degree was from the Libyan Academy of Tripoli.

Careers

I graduated from the Faculty of Medical Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Radiology and was appointed with an eighth grade as a medical imaging engineer in the Radiology Department at Ali Omar Askar Hospital. I then worked in the Magnetic Resonance Department as an imaging engineer on the magnetic resonance device for a period of twenty-three years. I worked as a teaching staff member at the University of Tripoli, Faculty of Technology, Radiology Department, for six semesters in the subject of Radiological Imaging Technology until I was appointed to the university now. I took a course in Egypt on the magnetic resonance device.
