Roles

Belkis Abudher is a teaching member at the Faculty of Nursing. She graduated from the Department of Public Health in Medical Technology at the University of Tripoli in 2011. She is now working in the Basic Department at the Faculty of Nursing. She obtained a master's degree in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care from the University of Southampton, UK, in 2020. She supervised students' graduation projects and is also a member of the college's quality and performance evaluation committee.

Careers

Belkis held a teaching assistant position at the College of Nursing during the period 2014-2019. She joined postgraduate studies at the University of Southampton in the UK. She obtained a master’s degree in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care in 2020, and from there she became a faculty member in the college, as well as an assistant lecturer in 2022.

Research Interests

Belkis Abudher's research interests lie in the field of public health and everything related to community health, and in the field of leadership and management in health care.

External Activities

Belkis Abudher works as the head of the nursing staff in the private sector at Yashfeen Clinic.
