Careers

Professional Career – Jamal ElgosbiMr. Jamal Bashir Mohammed Elgosbi has developed a distinguished professional and academic career combining healthcare quality management, higher education, and academic administration. He served as Head of the Quality Control Department at the Intravenous Solutions Factory, Tripoli Medical Center, from 2000 to 2018, where he gained extensive experience in quality control and healthcare-related management. He subsequently transitioned into higher education and joined the Faculty of Nursing, University of Tripoli, as a faculty member in the Department of Nursing Fundamentals. During his academic career, he was responsible for supervising examinations at the Faculty of Nursing during the 2018–2019 academic year and was appointed Acting Dean of the Faculty of Nursing for the 2019–2020 academic year. He also participated in supervising national secondary-school examinations during 2018–2019 and 2019–2020. He currently serves as a Lecturer at the Faculty of Nursing, University of Tripoli, contributing to teaching, academic activities, quality development, and the advancement of nursing education.
