rima hermas is one of the staff members at the department of medicinal and pharmaceutical chemistry at faculty of pharmacy. He is working as a  lecturer in organic chemistry at the faculty of pharmacy and at the preparatory level and as researcher in organic and medicinal chemistry ، Rima hermas was started as professor assistant at laboratory and after master degree in organic chemistry from university of Lyon in France worked as lecturer assistant and as lecturer since 2019 and her research field is the synthesis of organic compounds and studying thier biological activity
