• Lecturer in the Department of Pharmacognosy (2016-2024):I taught pharmacognosy course and supervised several graduation projects and student research.• Coordinator for the Department with the Study and Exams Office (2022-2023):I served as a liaison between the department and the Study and Exams Office, coordinating midterm exam schedules and assigning invigilator names according to the office’s requirements, ensuring effective communication between the parties involved.• Coordinator for the Department with the Quality and Performance Evaluation Office and Member of the Quality Committee (2024):I act as a liaison between the department and the Quality Office, focusing on providing necessary information and meeting requirements to ensure the implementation of academic quality standards within the department. I work on developing strategies to enhance and improve research activities and ensure that quality indicators for scientific research are achieved within the college.

Careers

1. Teaching Assistant in the Department of Pharmacognosy and Natural Products (2007-2010):

   - I worked as a teaching assistant in the Department of Pharmacognosy and Natural Products, where I participated in teaching practical courses in the department.

2. Master's Degree Preparation (2012-2013):

   - I completed my postgraduate studies in medicinal plants and functional foods at Newcastle University in the UK, where I delved into research on the benefits and practical applications of medicinal plants.

3. Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Pharmacognosy and Natural Products (2016):

   - I was appointed as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Pharmacognosy and Natural Products, where I was responsible for teaching pharmacognosy course.

4.Lecturer in the Department of Pharmacognosy and Natural Products (2021):

   - I was promoted to the degree of Lecturer in 2021.

Research Interests

Focus on developing and using natural products derived from medicinal plants for treatment and improving overall health, with an emphasis on research that explores the benefits of these plants and how to use them safely and effectively.

External Activities

Currently, I am not involved in any external activities outside the university. However, I am seeking opportunities to participate in external academic or professional activities, such as attending conferences or joining professional committees. My current focus is on enhancing my contributions within the university and exploring external opportunities in the future.
