Roles

Mufida Yamane is one of the staff members at the department of Pharmaceutics faculty of Pharmacy. She is working as a Professor since 2018-11-17. She teaches several subjects in her major for both undergraduates and postgraduates and has several publications in the field of her interest. She supervised many graduation projects through which she came out with many important recommendations for the Pharmacy practicing in Libya and they have been directed to the Ministry of health. She  worked as member of many committees including the faculty scientific committee.

Careers

Mrs Mufida Yamane started her carrier as demonstrator at department of Pharmaceutics at Faculty of Pharmacy on 1988 and she awarded the degree of PHD from University of Bradford on 1995 to start her ork as University staff member since that year. She is a full professor now and she is the coordinator of the postgraduate studies at her department.

Research Interests

Scientific research of prof Mufida Yamane was started with Transdermal Drug Delivery and concentrated later on the field of Pharmacy practice. She has many published work in both fields. Recently she is supervising three Msc Projects.

External Activities

Prof Yamane is concentrating mainly on her academic work but she spares some time on a voluntary work as an establishment member at Wasfa Workspace.
