Roles
Fathia Almani is one of the faculty members in the Department of Phamaceutics at the Faculty of Pharmacy. Ms. Fathia has been working at the University of Tripoli since 1993 as a demonstrator in the department and then as an assistant lecturer in 2004-04-01 and as a lecturer from 2020 she has supervised many graduation projects and has many scientific publications in her field

Research Interests
- Formulation and drug delivery systems and pharmaceutical dosage forms, especially topical semisolid preparations.
- Good pharmaceutical practices and pharmaceutical care.
- Awareness of safe drug use.
External Activities
1. Participation in the Third Libyan Conference for Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences LCPMPC September 2019 with two wall posters:
• (Evaluation of vitamin D status in healthy Libyan pregnant women in Tripoli Libya)
•( Formulation and Evaluation of Gastro Retentive Floating (GRF) Tablets of Aspirin; using Acacia gum and Carboxy Methyl Cellulose.)
2. Participate in a research paper and oral presentation in a remote conference with our colleague Dr. Iman Al-Mahjoubi via Zoom on Covid disease, November 2021.
