Dr. Bashir Muhammad Musa Mahara works as an associate professor in the Department of Chemistry, Division of Analytical Chemistry. He taught several analytical chemistry courses for bachelor’s degree students, including Analytical Chemistry I, Analytical Chemistry II, and theoretical Analytical Chemistry III, as well as practical Analytical Chemistry I, II, III, and IV for bachelor’s students. Teaching Analytical Chemistry I, II to graduate students. He supervised about 2 bachelor’s graduation projects. He is currently supervising a master's thesis in the department. He has many scientific papers published in his field of specialization.

Careers

1987 Researcher in the Department of Radiochemistry, Nuclear Research Center in Tajoura. 1991-1997 Master's and doctoral studies. 1998-2004 He worked in the radioactive waste treatment department at the center. Head of the Chemistry Department at Al-Jafara University from 2005-2009. Lecturer 2001, Assistant Professor 2005, Associate Professor 2019.

Research Interests

Researcher in the field of analytical chemistry and chromatographic separation methods.

External Activities

Evaluation of several research papers from Al-Zawiya University and Sebha University.
