• In 1963, he obtained a diploma in surveying from the Institute of Applied Engineering, Libya.
• In 1964, surveyor in the central municipality of Tripoli.
• In 1977, Bachelor of Computer Science (BSU) from the United States of America.
• Year 1978-1979 AD, former teaching assistant at Al-Fateh University.
• In 1981, he obtained a “Master’s” degree in Computer Science (BSU) from the United States of America.
• Years 1981-1984 AD: Member of the teaching staff of the University of Tripoli - Faculty of Science - Department of Computer Science.
• In 1991, he obtained a higher academic degree “PhD” in Computer Engineering (METU) from Turkey - Ankara.
