Ahmed is one of the staff members at the physics department - faculty of Science. He is working as staff member since 1995. He teaches several subjects in his major and has several publications in the field of his interest. 

Careers

Before he joined the university of Tripoli, he worked at the higher institute of computer and higher institute of electronic in Tripoli-Libya. He started with the physics department at the faculty of education on 1995. His primary role is teaching and also a forth year student's supervisor on their teaching training program. He joined the physics department - faculty of science on 2005. Duties that he was involved in are:

• Committee of Study and Examinations, Department of Physics
• Physics course coordinator at the Faculty of Engineering
• Member of the Pre-Medical courses committee for medical students.
• Department graduate studies coordinator
• Coordinator of the medical physics course at the Faculty of Pharmacy
• Member of the introductory class for first-year students - Medical Physics courses Coordinator.
• Member of the preparation committee for the Department of Bio-Medical Engineering - Faculty of Engineering

Research Interests

In general He is interested in medical physic - image reconstruction and nuclear physics.
