Safaa Ali Al-Hadi Masoud Shouna received a master’s degree in prosody and rhyme in 2021 AD. From the University of Tripoli, Department of Arabic Language, Faculty of Languages, and she served as a cooperating faculty member at the University of Tripoli, Faculty of Sharia Sciences, Department of Arabic Language, in the year 2022-2023 AD, and she worked at the university and the department themselves continuously in the year 2023 AD. In accordance with the appointment decision issued on 1/29/2024 I studied many subjects in the Arabic Language and Sharia Departments, including: pre-Islamic literature, the literature of successive countries, and the three sciences of rhetoric: meanings, statement, and badi’, and I supervised a graduation research entitled Rhyme Structure in the Diwan of Ahmad Rafiq al-Mahdawi.

Careers

Professor Safaa Ali Al-Hadi Shouna joined the University of Tripoli by appointment decision issued in 2024 AD. She worked as a faculty member at the College of Sharia Sciences in the Arabic Language Department, and she also worked as a cooperating faculty member in the Arabic Language and Sharia Sciences Department in 2022 AD.

Research Interests

Professor Safaa Ali Al-Hadi Shona has several interests, the most important of which is studying poetry and treating it from the prosody and rhyme aspect, which made her choose prosody as the subject of her master’s thesis in this science, and its title was: The rhythmic structure in the collections of Ali Abdul Muttalib Al-Huni. She also supervised a graduation project entitled: The rhyming structure in the collection of Ahmad Rafiq al-Mahdawi
