Careers

A faculty member in the Sharia and Law Department at the Faculty of Sharia Sciences, Tajoura, then head of the Sharia and Law Department for three years, then an internal delegation for the purpose of completing his doctoral thesis.

Research Interests

Interest in areas of comparison between Sharia and law. Charge imprisonment or pretrial detention between Sharia and the law. The prisoner’s right to marital intercourse, a comparative study between Islamic jurisprudence and Libyan law. The statute of limitations for crime and punishment is a comparative study between Sharia and law. Leaking of judicial rulings, a comparative study between Sharia and law.

External Activities

Member of the preparation committee for the first graduation ceremony for female students of the Faculty of Sharia Sciences, which was held in December 2019.Accompanying the students of the department to make field visits to courts and nursing homes on many occasions.In the evening, teaching the Holy Quran in one of the memorization centers in the city of Tajoura.
