Roles

He was appointed as a teaching assistant at the university in 2006 and followed up on practical education students in the courts. Then, he participated in preparing a symposium on personal status law in Libya in 2010 at the Faculty of Sharia Sciences in Mislata. After discussing the master’s thesis, he was assigned to follow up on and supervise practical education students and he served as a quality coordinator in the Department of Sharia and Law, and a member of the scientific committee in the Department of Sharia and Law.

Careers

Practical Education Coordinator. Member of the Scientific Committee in the College. Member of the Committee supervising the description of curricula in accordance with the semester system. Coordinator of studies and examinations in the Department of Sharia and Law.

Research Interests

Research areas in the comparison between Sharia and law. In the field of personal status, retaliation and blood money law. And civil law in the theory of contracts, annulment, rescission and rescission in particular.

External Activities

The faculty member trains on writing lawsuit papers in the district and primary courts and provides legal and Sharia consultations in the legal and Sharia fields and banking.
