Roles

After more than two years, as a lecturer at the Faculty of Sharia Sciences - Souk Al-Jumaa, since 2021, as a faculty member: Lutfi Milad Oreibi is now working full-time as an assistant lecturer in the same college. He also supervises and discusses graduation projects for fourth-year students, and works as a researcher and lecturer in Forensic sciences, and he was also appointed as a member of the scientific committee of the conference: “Contemporary Atheism: Reasons and Ways of Confrontation,” December 2022.

He is currently giving - like the rest of his colleagues - some legal and cultural lectures, which are organized by the Department: "Research and Consultation" in the college from time to time.

 He was also assigned the duties of Curriculum Coordinator in the Department of Sharia in the same college in the year 2023.

Careers

Before joining the University of Tripoli Year: 2021; Lutfi Oreibi graduated from the Dokali Lighthouse for Sharia Sciences in the city of Msallata in the year 2005/2006, and he completed his university studies at the Faculty of Sharia Sciences in Maslata affiliated to Al Asmarya University in the year: 2010/2011, then he continued his studies and obtained a master’s degree from Al-Marqab University, Department of Islamic Studies.

Research Interests

Lutfi has several academic and non-academic research papers and contributions related to Sharia sciences, including his participation in the conference "Contemporary Atheism: Reasons, Ways of Confrontation, and Standing" at the Faculty of Sharia in Souk Al-Jumaa with a research entitled: "athar altanzir al'iilhadii ealaa mudaei altajdid fi alfiqh al'iislamii, alharakat alnasawiat 'unmudhaja".

External Activities

Before his appointment as a teaching member at the Faculty of Sharia Sciences in Souk Al-Juma’a; Lutfi taught the subjects of Islamic education and the Arabic language for some primary and preparatory classes in some Libyan schools, from the year: 2016 to the year: 2018.

 He worked for more than three separate years as a preacher in some mosques in the city of Msallata.

He has been working as a volunteer preacher in some mosques in Msallata since 2021.
