Shaban Ahmed Awidat is a professor of pharmacology at the College of Veterinary Medicine and has taught for 17 years in the subject of general medicine for. During that period, he was assigned postgraduate studies in the department. He was also on many scientific committees at the college and had much research in important scientific journals. Head of the Department of Medicines, Toxicology, and Forensic Medicine and Acting Dean of the College, as well as a member of the Community Sustainability Committee

Careers

Shaban Ahmed Awidat, a professor in the Department of Medicines, Toxicology and Forensic Medicine, where began his career as a teaching assistant at the College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997 and attended the 2005 Higher Degree from the University of Putra Malaysia and obtained a degree in professor 2017

Research Interests

 Dr. Shaban Ahmed Awidat is interested in working in the field of scientific research, especially those related to the use of medicinal plants, as well as the development of chemical compounds in the treatment of brain cancer (glioma), and he has many scientific papers in this regard.

External Activities

Dr. Shaban Ahmed Awidat was one of the reviewers of the open journal of veterinary medicine, and he is also a member of the List of  Permitted Veterinary Medicines in Libya
