Dr. Fathi Abu Saq is an associate professor at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Tripoli, since 5/16/2022. He has some scientific publications in his field of specialization and teaches several courses, including the principles of animal breeding - applied animal breeding - principles of agricultural statistics - dairy cow production - reproductive physiology - introduction to animal production. Evaluating research proposals for graduate students, teaching graduate courses in animal and avian genetics, and supervising master’s theses. participation in local and international conferences, and contribution to the evaluation of some research published in the Libyan Journal of Agricultural Sciences / Faculty of Agriculture, University of Tripoli, and the Journal of Misurata University for Agricultural Sciences.

Dr. Fathi Abu Saq worked as an assistant researcher at the Camel Research Center- Worked in the Laboratory of Radioimmunoassay in the field of agricultural animals under the supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency- He worked at the Higher Institute of Agricultural Technology and during his career he served as Head of the Poultry Science Technology Department - Currently Dr. Fathi Abu Saq has been working at the University of Tripoli as an associate professor since 5/16/2022 and has some scientific publications in the field of breeding and genetics in cows, sheep, goats, camels and poultry.
Research Interests
Research interests: In the field of agricultural animal breeding, production of dairy and meat cows, production of sheep, goats and camels, interest in the sustainable development of animal resources, and interest with fellow professors in the phenotypic characterization of animal genetic resources (sheep and goats).

Participation in local and international conferences and contribution to the evaluation of some research published in the Libyan Journal of Agricultural Sciences / Faculty of Agriculture, University of Tripoli and Misurata University Journal of Agricultural Sciences
