Dr. Fraj Omran Aliwan's scientific biography included many scientific and academic tasks during 25 years of experience since he obtained his PhD from the University of East Anglia (UK) in July 1999. Dr. Aliwan was appointed as a lecturer at the University of Tripoli since August 2002 after working as researcher at Industrial Research Centre - Tripoli - Libya. Dr. Aliwan has a fundamental role in teaching courses within the BSc. and MSc programs in the Department of Food Science and Technology at University of Tripoli - Libya. He also supervises graduation projects and participates in research evaluation and examination committees.. Dr. Aliwan has many research papers published in conferences and refereed scientific journals.
