Professor Abdel Fattah Juma Naji Masoud has been a teaching staff member in the Department of Afro-Asian Languages / University of Tripoli since 2018. He has many scientific publications in his field of specialization and currently holds the status of (assistant professor) and is a member of the scientific committee in the department.

Careers

      ··         Member of the Studies and Examinations Committee of the English Department at the College of Languages from 2010 to 2013.

·         Supervising the conduct and organization of periodic and final exams in the English Department.

·         Supervising the coordinators of the specialized science branches in the English Language Department.

·         Contribute to preparing the initial data for the electronic system for data and results in the English Department.

·         Direct supervision of the functioning of the results and graduates units in the English Department.

·         Contributing to the management of various committees to organize the overall conduct of study at the College of Languages.

·         Currently a member of the Scientific Committee of the Department of Afro-Asian Languages.

·         Quality Coordinator in the Department of Afro-Asian Languages in the years 2020 and 2021.

·         Coordinator of the General Subjects Unit at the College of Languages in 2021.

·         Contributing to the preparation of the specialized scientific program to prepare for a bachelor’s degree in the Russian language at the Faculty of Languages.

Research Interests

·         Interested in teaching Russian as a foreign language to Arab students.

·         Interested in Russian cultural affairs.

External Activities

·         He previously worked in the field of translation at the Libyan-Russian-Ukrainian Ophthalmology Center.

·         Cooperate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in examining applicants for the position of interpreter.

·         Translator to and from Arabic and Russian.
