Mona Salem Abdul Jalil is a faculty member in the English Department at the Faculty of Languages ​​in Tripoli since 29.8.2010 to the present. Ms. Mona Abdul Jalil works at the University of Tripoli as a lecturer and has many scientific publications in her field of specialization. She has taught many subjects in the English Department such as grammar and applied linguistics.

A research paper was published in 2021 in the field of English language entitled (A study on the understanding of English grammar among English language students at the Faculty of Languages ​​in Tripoli).
