Roles

She worked as a faculty member in the Department of Education and Psychology in the Faculty of Arts for more than 16 years and is now with the degree of assistant professor, where she taught on a range of subjects, including school administration, educational planning, educational management, preparation, training and other school subjects. She supervised a group of graduation projects and supervised a group of the final examinations committee and field training.

She worked as a supervisor and educational mentor at the Faculty of Teacher Preparation in the course and supervision of graduate students and on graduation cards for students within the department,

Careers

She is one of the faculty members in the Department of Education. She teaches psychology at the Faculty of Arts, Al-Fateh University. She is an assistant professor, where she received a very good grade and was the first in her class. She was honored at the Battle of Tripoli among the top students in 2001 and was appointed as a teaching assistant in the Department of Education. She taught psychology in 2002 and obtained a doctorate in management and planning.

Education at the International Islamic University, Malaysia, 2012. She holds a Master's degree in Educational Administration and Planning, Al-Fateh University, Tripoli, in 2003. She was able to obtain a Postgraduate Diploma, the Diploma for the Department of Educational Administration and Planning, University of Tripoli, 2001. She graduated from the Faculty of Arts, Department of Planning and Administration, and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Administration and Planning in 1999 - 2000. She taught psychology at the Education Department from 2003 to the present, where she taught the following educational subjects: education administration from 2003 to the present, educational supervision from

2005 at the College of Arts, educational school administration fróm 2012 to the present, economics of education from 2003 to 2008, and the basics of education. From 2003 to 2008, registration and training from 2013 to the present, quality management from 2012 to 2017, management technology from 2012 to the present, educational planning from 2013 to the present, studies in administration from 2021 to the present, and l supervised practical education at the College and Accountancy in Janzour on credit from 2004 to 2007.

Research Interests

The researcher published a group of research in the field of educational administration and planning, which includes the Social Sciences Department entitled Quality Management at Al-Marqab University in 2014 and also the University Administration entitled Management Technology at the University of Tripoli in 2015 and also the Endowments Magazine entitled The best leadership is the leadership of the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, in administration. Endowments in 2015.

External Activities

The researcher participated in a group of seminars and conferences inside and outside the city of Tripoli, research entitled Strategic Planning, which she presented at a symposium inside the city of Zawiya, research entitled The Impact of Material and Moral Incentives on the Performance of Workers in the City of Tripoli, research entitled Time Management as an Islamic Perspective, and research entitled Participation in Educational Decision Making within the City of Tripoli.
