Roles

Dr. Thuraya Rashrash is a faculty member in the Department of Sociology at the College of Arts, Tripoli. Mrs. Thuraya Rashrash has been working at the University of Tripoli as an assistant lecturer since 2023. She has been a teaching assistant at the university since 2012 and is interested in teaching social work in the bachelor’s program and has evaluated and evaluated graduation projects for the sociology major.

Careers

She obtained her master’s degree in the Department of Sociology at the Faculty of Arts, University of Tripoli 2021, and was a teaching assistant in the Department of Sociology at the Faculty of Arts, University of Tripoli 2009.

Research Interests

By focusing the focus of research on issues related to human resources, training and strategic planning
