Dr. Entesar Tebar has been working as a permanent faculty member at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science since 2005.

She teaches many subjects within her specialty and has many scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals.

She has participated in a number of conferences and seminars.

1- She was appointed as an teaching assistant at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science on 18/3/2001

2-She obtained a master's degree in management from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science / University of Tripoli on 7/7/2005

3-She received the degree of assistant lecturer on 9/7/2005

4-She obtained a doctorate in management from Al-Manar University in the State of Tunisia on 10/11/2017

5-She received a lecturer's degree on 17/6/2018

6-she received an assistant professor's degree on 1/10/2021

Research Interests

Dr.Entesar’s interests were focussed on various administrative topics, specifically in everything related to human resources and the organisational climate within organisations and the methodology of scientific research.

External Activities

Dr. Entesar participated in attending many scientific conferences and reviewed a number of scientific research and made observations regarding scientific research methodology
