A faculty member in the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science with the rank of Lecturer. I have taught most of the courses in the Department of Management, including Production Management, Operations Research, Organizational Behavior, Administrative Organization, and Principles of Management.

I have supervised many graduation projects.

Research Interests

Participating with a research paper at the International Conference on Tourism and Hospitality Development in the Arab World in Jordan in 2012. Published a paper titled "Political Decentralization and Administrative Decentralization and Their Application in the Libyan State" in the Scientific Journal of Physical Education, Issue 17, in 2012. Interested in the aspect of tourism marketing, which was the focus of study and analysis in both my master's and doctoral dissertations.

External Activities

Member of the Curriculum Development Committee in the Ministry of Technical and Vocational Education, Decision No. (276) for the year 2016 - Trainer in the field of management and human resources through training courses for some public and private entities - Member of the committee tasked with reviewing the regulations in force in higher education in 2012.
