Roles

Dr. Hanan Muammar Alabani has been working at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science at the University of Tripoli since September 1, 2022, and her current academic degree has been since June 1, 2021, Professor. She is one of the faculty members assigned to teach undergraduate courses and postgraduate master’s courses

She also evaluates, discusses, and supervises many master’s theses and has many scientific publications in her field of specialization

Careers

Dr. Hanan has been working at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science since 2002 as a permanent faculty member and was assigned the duties of Head of the Department of Administration in 2012. She was also assigned the duties of Director of the Office of Graduate Studies from 2013-2017

Research Interests

Dr. Hanan is classified as an active researcher and has published in several local and international peer-reviewed scientific journals

Her research interests are broad but mainly focus on human resources management, organization, and administration

  She has a book on human resources management and electronic management and a book on the relational system between politics and administration

She also supervised a large number of master's theses

Over the past 22 years, Dr. Hanan has been a member of many committees including:
