Saleh Ibrahim Al-Mabrouk Mohamed was appointed as a demonstrator in the Department of Economics at the University of Tripoli in 1981 and obtained a master's degree in 1984 from the American University in London, he was assigned as head of the Department of Economics in 1986, and he was assigned as Dean of the Faculty of Economics in 1989 and obtained a doctorate degree from the University of Belgrade in 1993 Aster as a faculty member at the University of Tripoli was assigned as a university president in 1999 and is now a faculty member in Qom Business Administration.

Research Interests

Prof. Dr. Saleh Ibrahim worked on translating the science of management, which he studied, so that it was transformed into a group of research papers, books and local and international participations regarding the specialization, for example, economic policies and human capital / economics of education / strategic management
