BAYYAH QATANNISH is one of the staff members at the department of Economy of  faculty of Economy and Political Sciences. She is working as a since 01/10/1992 . She teaches several subjects  in her major and he have several publications in the field of his interest.

Careers

After working for more than 15 years as an agricultural economic engineer, managing the research stations of the Faculty of Agriculture, at the University of Tripoli - formerly Al-Fateh University - and after her appointment as a permanent faculty member in the Department of Economics, Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Beyah has devoted herself entirely to university teaching as a lecturer to date

Bayah Salem teaching severals  economic subjects, including, but not limited to, macroeconomic theory, microeconomic theory, Libyan economics, economic planning, agricultural economics, resource economics, and other subjects economics.

Research Interests

Beya Qatanish’s interests are broad but focus on political economy topics such as economic policy, sustainable development, and food security.

For this reason, Beya Salem prepared her thesis to obtain a master’s degree, entitled “Study of the Economics of Food and Economic Resources in Libya.”

External Activities

Beya Qatanish interacts with her social surroundings in a positive manner, directly and through social media, in devoting responsible, rational behavior at all levels.
