My appointment as an accountant began in 1999 to work for the Great Man-Made River Authority. Then I moved to work for the Railway Authority in 2003. I progressed through the career ladder from accountant to head of the General Accounting Department until I held the position of Director of the Financial Affairs Department at the Authority. After that, the procedures for changing my position from employee to faculty member at Asmariya University were carried out according to the university’s competition procedures. Since 2013, I have worked as a part-time faculty member at the University of Tripoli, Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Sector (B). Then, I was appointed as a permanent faculty member at Asmariya University, Faculty of Commerce and Islamic Economics, Msallata in 2016. I taught most of the courses in the Accounting Department. Then, I moved to work at Al-Marqab University, Faculty of Economics and Commerce, Al-Qarbouli..

Research Interests

The research aspect that interests me most is digital transformation and interest in everything related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution (IR4) and its impact on the accounting profession.
