Faculty member at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Sector (C), University of Tripoli, Department of Business Administration (Lecturer). I prepare scientific papers for publication and application for scientific promotion during the next entitlement at the beginning of 2025. I have published a book on the impact of leadership skills in managing complex crises. I also contribute with colleagues in the department to prepare the methodological plans for the department in the newly established college.
