Roles

Naima Abdou is one of the staff members at the department of 5 faculty of 15. He is working as a since 2016-03-09. He teaches several subjects in his major and has several puplications in the field of his interest.

Careers

After more than twenty-four years, from the year 1993 AD to the year 2015 AD, during this period I was appointed head of administrative and student affairs in middle education, and after my resignation from middle education and appointment at the University of Tripoli, in the Faculty of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, in the year 2016 AD, a faculty member as an assistant lecturer in the classroom teacher department.

She was assigned to teach many general, educational and specialized courses.

I was appointed as a quality coordinator in the classroom teacher department from 2017 to 2022, and a study and examination coordinator in the classroom teacher department in the period from 2019 to 2020.

I was a member of the preparatory committee (technical and media) for the second educational conference at the Qasr Bin Ghashir College of Education for the year 2021 AD.

And a member of the preparatory committee for the International Scientific

Conference of the Libyan Society for Educational Sciences 2022

Research Interests

Participated in many scientific conferences and published a group of research locally

1  /  The first annual scientific conference held under the slogan (Practical Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, in the period 22/24/2012. The participation was entitled Practical Education between Reality and Visions of Development.

2 / The Second Scientific Conference / College of Education, Abu Issa / Zawia University, under the slogan The Role of Education in the Culture of Development, during the period 15/17 - December 2014. The participation was entitled (The educational methods used in developing the attitudes, talents and abilities of people with visual disabilities)

/ 3  The first scientific conference held at the College of Education, Al-Zawiya, under the slogan of the College of Education, Future Horizons, during the period 23/24/2014, and the participation was entitled (Global trends in developing curricula and teaching methods)

4  / The first scientific conference at the Faculty of Arts / University of Tripoli under the slogan (The role of the humanities in addressing societal issues in the period May 16/18, 2016. The participation was entitled (Contemporary trends in citizenship education - a proposed scenario -)

5/  The conference held at the College of Education, Tiji, in the period 11/12/2017, under the slogan “For Scientifically and Educationally Qualified Teachers,” and the participation was entitled (The skill of classroom management between reality and visions of development)

6 / The First Mathematics Conference at the Asmariya Islamic University in Zliten, under the slogan “How to Harmonize High School Curricula and Higher Education Curricula in Mathematics” in the period 19/20/2017, and the participation was entitled (Utilizing educational games in teaching mathematics for the basic education stage)

 7/ The second scientific conference of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, entitled “The Reality and Development Policies in Physical Education and Sports Sciences,” under the slogan “Towards New Horizons for Scientific Research,” in the period from 10/28/30/2017. The participation was entitled (Physical Education and its Role in Developing Creative Thinking among People with Physical Disabilities)

8/The first scientific conference at the University of Tripoli, College of Education / Janzour, held on April 22, 2018 AD under the slogan (Quality standards and academic accreditation in colleges of education, reality and aspirations)

9/ - The First International Scientific Conference at Nalut University / for the year 2019 AD, research entitled (Developing academic courses using e-learning)

 10 /Conference of the National University of Tripoli in Janzour, participation entitled (E-management and its role in improving administrative work in higher education institutions), 2021 AD.

11/- Conference of the Libyan Society for Curricula and Teaching Strategies, participation entitled (Training courses for active learning strategies and their role in raising the level of teaching for male and female teachers), 2021 AD

12/- The Second Educational Conference at the College of Education, Qasr Bin Ghashir, participation entitled (Requirements for e-learning between reality and difficulties of application in higher education institutions), 2021 AD

13/ The fourth scientific conference for colleges of arts (Faculty of Arts, Al-Zawiya/Faculty of Arts, Al-Ajailat) bore the slogan “Humanities and its Role in Achieving National Reconciliation,” and the research participation was entitled (Digital Citizenship and its Role in Achieving National Reconciliation) 2024 AD.

14 / The second scientific conference of the Association for Educational and Human Sciences, under the slogan “The Future of Education in Libya in Light of Quality Standards and Performance Evaluation” and under the slogan “For Better Education,” and participation entitled (The Role of Psychological Guidance Services in Developing Moral Values ​​among University Students in Higher Education Institutions), 2024 AD.

External Activities

I am considered a member of the Libyan Association for Curriculum and Teaching Strategies. I have conducted many training courses in active learning strategies in each of the Nail Al-Awtar School in the Souq Al-Jumaa area, Al-Kifah School in Ghout Al-Shaal, Shamu’ Al-Ilm School in the Al-Tardibi area, Al-Biruni Secondary School in Ghout Al-Shaal, Nail Al-Awtar School in Al-Sarraj area, and Umm Al-Mu’minin School in the Al-Tarbi area. Abi Salim 

Giving a lecture entitled Developing biological communication skills in the school environment for teachers of the municipality of the Andalus district at Abu Dhar al-Ghafari School. The same lecture was at the Higher Institute of Hotels in the Andalus district in 2018.
