In the name of Allah, peace and blessings be upon the messenger of Allah,,, as we all know, the kindergarten or preschool stage is a crucial formative stage in human life, because it is the stage when the first seeds of human personality are laid in order to crystallize and show its features in the future, and it is also considered the stage when the child's abilities grow, his talents open up, and his Trends, inclinations and desires are determined.Therefore, the kindergarten Department seeks to prepare advanced academic and educational cadres for this stage in an integrated and balanced academic, professional, psychological and educational manner to keep pace with global developments in this field.Thus, the kindergarten department strives to achieve excellence in the field of university education and scientific research and in the field of child rearing and education by enriching the educational and research process in the department with a set of curricula to qualify National specialized cadres in the field of kindergarten in line with international standards in the field of kindergarten.The department also always seeks to strengthen cooperation between it and the education department at the Ministry of education in Tripoli, children's institutions and the local community in order to serve the Department's goals and promote the values of volunteerism and community service, which are among the most important goals of the faculties of education at Tripoli university.Last but not least, we hope from Allah-Almighty - that the department will perform its role well and help us to what he likes and pleases in serving the local and international community.

The kindergarten Department seeks to promote scientific knowledge and its educational applications in the field of childhood to serve the community and become a pioneer at the local and international levels to keep abreast of the latest developments to achieve advancement and excellence in educational leadership and also contributes to the preparation of an outstanding teacher in the field of childhood able to adapt to the requirements of the labor market and the latest developments of the era.

Mission

Graduation of academically and pedagogically qualified scientific cadres and specialists of kindergarten teachers and their ability to deal with children and prepare them educationally, psychologically, socially and morally as the most important stage in a child's life.

Objectives

The kindergarten department strives to achieve the following goals:-1-introducing students to the philosophy of kindergarten, its goals and its importance as a distinct stage in building society.2-providing students with knowledge and experiences about the importance of childhood and its ability to build the personality of the child and his ability to learn.3-contributing to the understanding and nature of the curricula provided in theory and how to apply them in the future in the field of work.4-contribute to providing everything new in the field of childhood that will enable them in the future to choose, design and implement the necessary activities and experiences for the kindergarten child and highlight the importance of modern technical means in the educational and educational process.5-graduation of kindergarten teachers who possess the knowledge, experience and skills that qualify them to perform their tasks in raising children.6-develop sound Social Attitudes, a sense of responsibility and cooperation, and let them Be Virtuous teachers to be emulated.7-encouraging scientific research and intellectual production for faculty members to teach.8-preparing graduates who are able to manage educational institutions that are aware of early childhood.9-providing scientific consultations and related rehabilitation courses related to early childhood.10-raising the awareness of various community groups of the importance of the kindergarten stage.
