Maryam Abu Dalal is a Libyan academic and a faculty member in the Department of Preparation at the Faculty of Education in Janzour. Her career path reflects the dedication of scholars to scientific and technical education. Before joining the university, she gained valuable technical experience through six years of work at a company, where she developed her professional skills, managerial expertise, and ability to work within a 12-organizational framework. In 2009, Maryam Abu Dalal became a teaching assistant at the university, enabling her to advance academically and actively participate in teaching and educational activities. During this period, she contributed to the development of comprehensive course materials, guiding students through their academic journey, and participated in programming educational resources. She was recognized as a qualified teaching assistant and was considered for teaching positions within the university. In 2015, she was promoted to the position of lecturer.

She worked for a company for six years and is currently a faculty member. She was appointed as an Assistant Lecturer in 2012, promoted to Lecturer in 2015, and appointed as an Assistant Professor in 2019..
