Secretary General of the National Commission for Education, Culture and Science (UNESCO).  Member of the Arab League for Communication Sciences (Beirut).  And the representative of the League in Libya.  Referee member of the Arab Journal of Anthropology (Algeria).  Participant in three training courses with the World Bank (Istanbul twice, Tunisia once).  Participated in research papers on school violence and the role of social media with the Center for Contemporary Maghreb Studies (IRMC).  In French, Tunisia.  Lecturer with a research paper on networking institutions for students of the Faculty of Law at Abdulmalik Al-Saadi University (Tangier, Morocco).  Training course (SETA) Center for Studies (Ankara, Turkey).  A lecture on the topic of cultural identity for the youth of the Arab Maghreb in Tunisia, sponsored by the Arab League.  Participant 12 research papers in universities and research centers outside Libya.  In Arabic and French in Tunisia, Algeria.  Morocco Turkey.

 Author of the book School Violence (a field study on secondary schools in Tripoli in French in about 300 pages published by the NRT Corporation in Lille, France. It is sold electronically and directly.

 Participant in a book on school violence with others from France, Algeria and Tunisia in French, published in Brussels 2013.

 Co-author of a book on transitional justice, national reconciliation and civil peace in Arab experiences with others from outside Libya, published in Arabic by Dar Al-Hamid for Publishing and Distribution (Amman, Jordan) 2017.
