As for what follows: In this electronic space, we would like to point out that the Department of Study and Examinations is one of the important and main departments in the College of Education, Tripoli. Indeed, it can be considered the basic pillar on which the educational process within it is based. The Study and Examinations Department is responsible for supervising the organization of study and examinations in each semester and taking care of everything related to students from the beginning of their enrollment and registration to study in the college until their graduation from it. In its system, the department relies on a number of mechanisms that are based on a set of regulations and laws in force within the college and university. These regulations and laws aim to control the educational process and provide everything necessary for students to complete their university studies to the fullest extent. The department carries out a number of tasks, starting with developing plans. Tuition, which includes renewing enrollment and registering students for their courses, which depends on departmental plans and guides in distributing their courses and requirements. The department also works to coordinate between the specialized scientific departments in the college in setting study schedules and covering joint courses, whether general or educational, with members of the faculty. The department also supervises the conduct and follow-up of exams, starting with coordinating schedules with departments, distributing invigilators, forming committees, and implementing the decisions of the disciplinary council until receiving and approving final results statements and archiving them. The department also prepares quarterly reports on the progress of the educational process in general, from the beginning of student registration to the end of exams and announcement of results. And lists of graduates to be presented to the Deanship of the College. Finally, the department seeks to provide all the necessary capabilities in order to create a suitable atmosphere in which the educational process proceeds while constantly striving to solve any problems that the student may face during his period of study in the college.Dr.. Tasks

Article (29) of Regulation 501 of 2010 ADThe Study and Examinations Department undertakes the following tasks:· Coordination between scientific departments in setting study schedules and covering joint courses with faculty members.· Decide on requests for transfer between departments and the transfer of students to and from the college in coordination with the relevant departments and the college registrar.· Preparing lists of the names of students who have the right to take exams and specifying their seat numbers and the subjects in which they have the right to take the exam.· Extracting exam cards and delivering them to students.· Organizing study schedules, hall schedules, and periodic and final exams.· Follow up on academic matters and supervise periodic and final examinations.· Distribution of examinations for periodic and final examinations in coordination with the scientific departments.· Informing the competent authorities of the results of the examinations.· Preparing reports on the progress of the educational process and examinations for presentation to the Dean of the College.
