Ibtisam Abdul Rahman Abu Ruwais is a faculty member with the rank of Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Education, Tripoli, Department of Art Education, since 2012. She has taught most of the subjects in the department and has assumed the position of Information and Documentation Coordinator from 8/1/2022 to the present time, Projects Coordinator in the department in the fall semester of 2023, and Practical Education Coordinator for the spring semester of 2024. She has supervised many graduation projects and academic supervision of the department's students, guiding and guiding them to download their materials in the correct academic manner. She has also held activities and supervised and participated in holding exhibitions. She has also prepared a workshop in the Photoshop program for the department's students to improve their abilities in the field of advertising design. She is also a faculty member in the Kindergarten and Special Education Department in her specialization subjects.

Career

She started as a part-time faculty member in 2012 at the Faculty of Education / Tripoli, where she taught several subjects within the department within her specific specialization, until she became a permanent faculty member in the college at the beginning of this year 2022. She also contributed to activities within the department and held art exhibitions. She also prepared a workshop for the department’s students to develop their skills in the field of advertising design and train them on the Colorado program, in addition to publishing research in preparation for the next promotion to the rank of lecturer.

Interested in research in the field of plastic arts and Islamic decorative arts, in addition to interest in the art of graphic design, its beginnings and stages of development.
