Aisha Almansuri is a Professor of Sustainable Architecture, at the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning, College of Engineering. Dr. Aisha has been working at the University of Tripoli as the Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs since September 2021 and was the head of the Department of Architecture for five years. She is a professor and has many scientific publications in her field of specialization and is a jury member in some scientific journals and conferences
Careers
Dr. Aisha Al-Mansuri worked at the University of Tripoli as a Teaching Assistant in 1991, Assistant Lecturer in 2000, Lecturer in 2004, Assistant Professor in 2013, Associate Professor, in 2017, and Professor in 2021.
Research Interests
Prof. Aisha Al-Mansuri specializes in sustainable architecture, especially climate design. She has interests in technology, traditional architecture, and the development of building materials, in addition to publications related to e-learning.
External Activities
Prof. Aisha Al-Mansuri participated in many scientific activities locally and internationally, such as evaluating research papers for a number of scientific journals and conferences, participating in scientific committees for some public institutions, and designing some architectural and urban design projects.
