Careers

Dakhil Al-Jarwali started his career as a computer engineer at the Central Agency for Electronic Research for 20 years, during which he completed his postgraduate studies, a master's degree at the University of Bradford in the United Kingdom in the field of control engineering and then a doctorate at the University of Belgrade / Serbia in the field of control engineering.

In 2009, he moved to work at the University of Tripoli / Faculty of Engineering / Department of Computer Engineering as a faculty member, then he was assigned to occupy the position of Director of the Department of Equivalency of Scientific Qualifications at the Technical Center for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Educational and Training Institutions in the period from 2011 to 2015.

Finally, he held the position of Head of the Department of Computer Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Tripoli.

Research Interests

The research interests are summarized in the exploitation of the computer to perform control tasks and simulation of physical processes as a step to implement and test the algorithms of control adadaptive  control of physical sytems

External Activities

Dr. Dakhil Al-Jarwali is currently a member of the Higher Advisory Committee of the National Center for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Educational and Training Institutions in addition to his main position at the University of Tripoli.
