The Editorial Board of the Journal of Engineering Research has the honor to introduce the website of our journal and the elements it contains that shed light on one of the activities of the Faculty of Engineering to all members of the faculty staff and esteemed visitors.
One of the first peer-reviewed journals in the area of applied sciences is the Journal of Engineering Research. Since its inception, it has made an effort to keep up with technological advancement, which is crucial for promoting motivation, creativity, and innovation, as well as the advancement of human potential. Here, it is important to point out that the journal continued to publish throughout the previous period because of Allah and his success. Additionally, the editorial board of the journal has made every effort to avoid interruptions, overcome challenges, and increase interest from faculty, researchers, engineers, students, and other interested parties in general, in our faculty in particular, as well as at the local and regional levels.
We can only conclude by expressing our sincere gratitude and appreciation to the members of the advisory committee, the arbitration committees, and everyone else who worked with us to ensure the Journal's uninterrupted publication. In addition, we hope that we have succeeded in presenting what is helpful and beneficial to science and its students. This is to express our happiness at receiving various opinions, observations, and Allah is the grantor of success.

1. Attend periodic meetings, participate in discussions, and implement the resulting assignments.
2. Nominating evaluators for scientific research that will be published in the journal.
3. Review the results of the evaluation and discuss its results.
4. Making decisions related to accepting the publication of research in the journal.
5. Supervise the website of the journal.
6. Collecting the necessary data for the journal on authors, referees and corresponding journals (local, regional and international) and establishing databases as needed.
7. Ensure the quality and originality of the research content published in the journal.
8. Maintain the confidentiality of all participants' personal data and arbitration decisions for those who are not authorized to view them.
9. Ensure that the materials and information contained in rejected research papers are not used in an editor's research without the written consent of the author.
